Jabal Host Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By using the services of Jabal Host ("us", "we", or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Account Setup

We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under.

3. Content & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

All services provided by Jabal Host may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and international laws apply.

• Prohibited Content: We prohibit the hosting of copyrighted material without permission, phishing sites, spam scripts, warez, crypto miners, and adult content.
• Zero Tolerance Spam Policy: We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam.

4. Resource Usage

Users may not:

• Use 25% or more of system resources for longer than 90 seconds.
• Run any type of web spider or indexer (including Google Cash / AdSpy).
• Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
• Run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client.

Note: Accounts that exceed their allocated limit (CPU, RAM, IO) as defined in their package may be automatically suspended or throttled to preserve server stability.

5. Payment and Renewal

Services are billed in advance. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your renewal date. We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for new shared hosting accounts. Domain names and licenses are non-refundable.

6. Backups and Data Loss

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. Jabal Host is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Jabal Host servers.

7. Disclaimer

Jabal Host will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Jabal Host disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
